We’re stoked you’re considering hosting your function with us at Oasis Climbing.

 

Whether it’s a scout group, cadets, sports team, we can also OSHC groups (outside of school hours care), as we align with WA Depart of Education standards and curriculum. We cater for children climbing from 6 years old and belaying from 12 years old. We have trained staff to cover you with compliance, logs, WWC, First Aid and necessary expereince with children.

We have found that rock climbing creates an amazing problem solving and teamwork environment, where your team can create and build bonds. Our team specialises in creating a safe and mindful environment where people can address thier fears, find personal growth, and confidence in their perseverance and determination.

Function Room:

• Quiet lounge area with couches, tables 12m x 10m where kids can keep their belongings

• Mezzanine area with cafe style tables and seats for 26 people 12m x 5m

• Kitchen with oven and fridges and basic amenities for you to bring drinks and food

 

When you book a function with us, we include:

• Entry and introduction to climbing & belaying for your guests

• Harnesses and gear hire included for all climbers and belayers

• Your own dedicated instructor who will support your function

• 3 hours of exclusive use of our mezzanine & lounge area

• PLUS participants can stay for the rest of the day

 

Available time slots:

• Weekend Morning Session:  10:30 am – 1:30 pm

• Weekend Afternoon Session: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm

• Custom times are available by pre-arrangement 
  (between 8:00 am to 8:00pm weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00pm weekends) 

 

Pricing:

• $20 per person - for climb children and/or parents , which includes all gear included

• $100 booking fee - venue hire time-slot and instructor up to 20 climbers *
  For each additional 10 climbers, add $100 for an additional dedicated instructor

• $Free - guests and non-climbers are free to assist and spectate

 

* Your booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your hire spot and rostering your instructor.

 

Optional Pizzas:

• $20 each (1 pizza feeds 1-2 adults) locally made pizza's from La Pagnotta

You’re welcome to BYO food, drinks, and cake, juice & water are included with your booking.

 

Safety & Supervision:

• We induct and brief all participants on gym safety, etiquette and using equipments

• Safety rules are explained at the start of the session

• All harnesses are checked before climbing commences

• All climbing is fully supervised by trained staff under full insurance cover

• Climbing shoes required (included in the price of your booking)

 

How to Book:

• Choose a date & time

• Confirm numbers (can be updated closer to the day)

• Confirm catering options within 7 days of your booking 

• Pay the booking fee (non-refundable) to secure the booking & instructor
