School Education Programs

We’re excited that you are considering Oasis Climbing for your next school climbing program. We are here to make it a fun, safe, and memorable experience for your students with our programs.
Our curriculum is aligned with, WA Department of Education standards and Appendix D, we have full safety and risk management programs in place and will provide you with all appropriate information your school requires.
School Program Types:
Our fees include instructor and climbing equipment:

Drop-In supervised sessions - $12 per student / per session
- Outcomes Based Courses (4 to 10 week programs) - $14 per student / per session
- Lead Course (for students who completed their OBC) - $14 per student / per session

Indoor Rock Climbing Facilities:
-
Tope rope - 10.5m high walls, >80 top-rope routes, grades 10 to 23

Boulders - 5m height, 80 sqm of bouldering for grades v1 to V7+ approx. 40 puzzles

Lead routes - typically 32 routes, grades 18 to grade 30

Gym - calisthenics equipment, weight bench / squat rack, hang-boards
Safety and Construction Standards:
Rope climbing and safety procedures in place, equipment standards maintenance records, AS 2293 and DA-197/2011 compliant. Working with children, insurance and instructor training maintained for all staff. Compliance reports, standards ad procedures can be provided to schools upon request.
