Managing Waivers for your Function at Oasis Climbing
Thank you for booking your function with us.

We are grateful for the opportunity to guide you and your friends through a fun and exciting rock climbing experience.
​
On the day of your event, its important that all of your guests' waiver forms have been completed prior to arrival. To best manage this, we will give you an "External Organiser" link.

It looks like this:
Once you have successfully accesed this page, you will send out something like this to all your guests:

Once you have completed the waiver, please send me an RSVP with your climber's:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
All of the above should match the waiver form exactly.

This will enable me to add your profile on to the booking and confirm everyone's waivers before the day of the event.

As you input the climbers' details, you will see something like this:
All of your guests should present with grey or blue dots.
If they show a red dot, we don't have a waiver for them.

If you accidentally put the wrong details in for a guest and its showing a red dot, you can swap the red profile for the correct one after their form has been submitted. To do this, click their name then the "rebook" button above.
You can also remove guests from the guest list using the button on the right side.
If you don't want to follow this process, we can do individual waiver checks for each child as they arrive. But to avoid the delays in starting your event and also avoid the unexpected frustrations of your guests, we strongly recommend you use this "Event Organiser" feature to ensure a smooth day for everyone.
